Thirty sites, eight cabins, and one rental RV
Bring the rig, bring a tent alongside it, or bring nothing at all. Every site and every cabin sits under the same forty acres of loblolly pine, fifteen minutes from the Oak Island beaches.
Three ways to stay in the pines
The park was built new, all at once, by people who had just spent a year living in a fifth wheel. It shows in the details — where the fire ring sits, how wide the pull-throughs are, how far the bathhouse is from the far row.
Full Hookup RV Sites
Gravel pads with water, sewer and 50-amp power, a picnic table, a grill, a fire pit, two parking spots and room to pitch a tent alongside. Pull-through and back-in.

Cabins
Think of them as cottages — spacious but cozy. A private bath, a real kitchen, heat and air, a Smart TV, and a porch with chairs looking onto the common green.

A fully loaded travel trailer parked on its own full-hookup site and set up before you arrive. King master, queen loft, sofa beds in the office and living room — eight people, an island kitchen with a full stove and oven, a fireplace, a 50-inch TV, and an outdoor kitchen on the patio side.
The rental RV is booked by phone rather than online, so we can walk you through it.
The same for everyone
Two nights minimum, two weeks maximum
We are a short-term park. The minimum stay is two nights and the longest booking is two weeks — if you need longer, call the office and ask.
Check-in and check-out
RV sites check in at 2:00 PM and out at 12:00 PM. Cabins check in at 3:00 PM and out at 11:00 AM. Early or late is sometimes possible with approval, and may carry a fee.
Pets are welcome
Dogs and cats, up to two per reservation, on sites and in cabins alike. Register them at the front office when you arrive. Cabin pet fees are applied during booking.
Open all year
Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail. Not every amenity runs year-round, but the gate never closes for the season.
