Yes — all year, in all weather. Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep us from hosting you. Not every amenity runs year-round, though; the pool in particular is seasonal.

Rates vary by season and by site type. The quickest way to see the price for your dates is to check availability — the calendar prices your stay as you pick the dates. Or call 910.845.5040.

RV sites check in from 2:00 PM and out by 12:00 PM. Cabins and the rental RV check in from 3:00 PM and out by 11:00 AM.

Both are strictly enforced. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible with pre-approval from the office, and may carry a fee.

Yes — your furry friends are our furry friends. Dogs and cats, up to two per reservation, on sites and in cabins alike. Register them at the front office when you arrive.

A six-foot lead outside your rig or cabin, off-lead only inside the dog park fence. Pets aren’t permitted in the office, restrooms, showers, laundry, pool or playground. Cabin pet fees are applied during booking.

All fees, taxes and charges are due at the time of booking, processed through the reservation link. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Oh bummer — we hate that we won’t get to host you this time. Cancel seven or more days before arrival and you get a full refund less a $10 administrative fee. Under seven days, you lose two nights, or three on a holiday. Within 48 hours of arrival, the whole stay.

We’re a short-term park: two nights minimum, and a maximum booking of two weeks. If you need longer, call the front office and ask — we’ll tell you what’s possible.

All thirty sites are full hookup — water, sewer and 50-amp electric — on gravel pads, with a picnic table, a grill, a fire pit and two parking spots. You may pitch one tent alongside your rig. Sites hold six people.

The park was laid out recently and for modern rigs, so the roads are wide and the turns are generous. If you’re at the long end, call the office before booking and we’ll point you at the right site numbers.

Five, whichever of the three layouts you book. The Deluxe Loft cabins have a queen plus two twins in the loft; the Deluxe Private Bedroom cabins have a queen in its own room plus a queen pullout; the Deluxe Studio has a queen plus a queen pullout and an accessible bath.

Yes — bedding and linens are on the beds when you arrive, and the cabins have an equipped kitchen, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a private bathroom with a shower, heating and air conditioning, and a Smart TV.

No. Gem and fossil mining runs every day from 9 AM to 5 PM and is open to the public as well as campers. Bring the relatives who didn’t want to camp.

The park observes quiet hours nightly and pets must be quiet during them. Exact times are posted at the office — worth confirming when you check in.

Check with the front office before inviting day visitors. No guest under 21 may be on the property without a parent.

Yes. Golf carts are permitted and keep to the posted 5 mph. ATVs are not permitted in the campground.
